About UFANON
UFANON KDS is a coconut fatty acid diethanol amide (Coco-DEA) that comes as a light yellow liquid with a mild, sweet scent. At room temperature, it is pumpable and mixes easily. UFANON is slightly alkaline when dissolved in water and is fully biodegradable. It works well as a foam stabilizer in all kinds of detergents and is especially valuable for increasing the viscosity of liquid products containing ether sulphate. The skin friendly properties make it a key ingredient in shampoos and cosmetics, where even small amounts help prevent excessive removal of natural oils from the skin. As a result, fatty acid diethanol amide is found in all high quality hair and cosmetic products. UFANON disperses readily in water.
