Equality and Discrimination Report
At Unger, we work actively, purposefully and systematically to promote equality and to prevent discrimination on the grounds of age, gender, pregnancy, leave for childbirth or adoption, caring duties, ethnicity, religion, outlook on life, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression and combinations of these bases, as well as preventing harassment, sexual harassment and gender-based violence.
Equality and Discrmination Report is carried out in accordance with the Equality and Discrimination Act and covers the areas of recruitment, pay and working conditions, promotion, development opportunities, facilitation and the opportunity to combine work and family life. The report is carried out together with the employees' representatives.
